Collection: Prehnite from Morocco

Whether you're a enthusiast or a collector searching for an exceptional stone, discover our selection of prehnites direct from Morocco.

A mineral species from the silicate group and phyllosilicate subgroup, prehnite can be found colorless to white, gray, or in an impressive range of greens from aquamarine (very light) to leek green (very dark), with some yellow hues as well. Primarily formed of orthorhombic crystals, some specimens may also exhibit a crystallization resembling a bow tie (highly prized and rather rare to observe), and others, offered by Terrae Minéraux, may contain byssolite inclusions.

Its other main deposits are found in South Africa, Germany, the United States, France, India, Italy, and Switzerland.
