Where do your minerals come from?
Our minerals come from ethical and responsible sources around the world. We work directly with trusted suppliers to guarantee the authenticity and quality of each piece.
HOW TO CHOOSE THE RIGHT STONE?
For your mineral collection, it's important to choose THE right stone to join the others. First, there's the budget, which is still important. You should treat yourself if you fall in love with a piece, but only if you can afford it! That's why at Terrae Minéraux, we offer a selection of minerals for all budgets, based on the mineral's quality, color, intact (or not) crystallization, size, and also its origin, which is very important. When you enter the world of mineralogy, you tend to be attracted by anything colorful, shiny, or from the other side of the planet, as long as it's within your means. And that's how I started my collection too. But with the years that pass, experience, and, it must be said, lack of space, your choices will inevitably lean towards more expensive but higher quality and rarer stones.
📦 Delivery and Shipping
What are your delivery times?
We ship within 24-48 business hours. Delivery in metropolitan France with La Poste's Colissimo service generally takes 2 to 4 business days depending on your location. For international shipping, it takes between 3 and 15 days.
How do you package fragile minerals?
We use specialized packaging with bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure your minerals arrive in perfect condition. In addition, they will of course be securely wedged with newspaper or other material so that they cannot move inside the package.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number to follow the progress of your order. If you haven't received it immediately, wait up to 24 hours; it may be due to the synchronization time between orders and accounts (but normally it's within minutes after payment).
I received my order but it is incomplete?
Please contact us as soon as possible after opening the package so we can investigate what happened. Preparation is checked before closing, so this should not happen, unless the package was opened by the carrier or a third party.
I received a different item than the one I ordered?
Even if everything is prepared and checked with care, human error is possible. In this case, within 24 hours of opening the package, do not hesitate to send an email to contact@terraeminaux.fr detailing your problem, with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will then try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
💎 Care and Conservation
How do I clean my minerals?
Most minerals can be gently cleaned with a soft, dry cloth. You can also use a soft-bristled toothbrush. Personally, I use a toothbrush and water to clean my own finds. Avoid water for porous or soluble stones.
How do I store my minerals?
Store your minerals in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use shelves or display cases to protect them from dust, and to make them even more enjoyable to admire whenever you wish.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and bank transfers for large orders.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of validation, before shipment. Contact us promptly at contact@terraeminaux.fr
🔄 Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days to return a non-compliant item. Minerals and other items must be in their original condition with packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense, except in case of our error or breakage.
